I’m the Executive Director of the Moab Mountain Bike Association. Which hosts community bike events for our local riders.

What’s your wave style?

When I’m riding, the Nonchalant wave.  So no one knows how hard I’m trying. When I’m not riding, the “big smile with a wave”, wave.

What’s your life motto?

Use motivating language when speaking to yourself and others. Don’t press on your brakes becomes keep your wheels rolling.

Why do you wave?

We all deserve some encouragement on the trails. We all deserve to be acknowledged.  We all deserve kindness.
